Designing Identity that Lives Within the Architecture

CapitaGreen is more than a building — it’s a landmark of biophilic architecture in Singapore’s CBD. DWHQ was commissioned as the lead branding agency to develop an identity system that could be seamlessly implemented across architectural touchpoints.

Our work went beyond logo design. We created a full identity system for CapitaCommercial, guided by practical implementation across large-format signage, vehicular access points, car park entries, and internal wayfinding areas. Every detail — from material selection to logo proportions — was considered to ensure clarity, durability, and visibility from a distance.

This project serves as a benchmark for how branding can be built into buildings — both functionally and aesthetically — shaping not just perception, but also the user experience.
