DWHQ was thrilled to have the opportunity to work on a groundbreaking project for NCS. Our team was tasked with creating an interactive and engaging walk-through experience that would showcase NCS's cutting-edge technology solutions in a way that would captivate customers and leave a lasting impression.

The project was divided into five parts, and our team was responsible for providing end-to-end solutions, from gallery space planning and renovation work to visual content planning and design for pop-up displays, sales videos, and interactive screenings. We approached the project with a clear vision, taking inspiration from the latest trends in interactive design and immersive technology to create an experience that was truly unforgettable.

The walk-through experience was strategically designed to begin in a meeting room that doubled as a company brainstorming space. Here, customers were given a brief presentation before being led through a hidden door that opened up to reveal a stunning 9m wide screen. The screen served as an interactive touch screen, allowing users to explore the future of NCS's technology solutions through a series of short films focused on different industries.

After the films, the entire screen transformed into an interactive touch screen, offering customers the chance to experience some of the future solutions they had just seen in the films. For example, users could step into a virtual MRT station, and make purchases via digital stores that were seamlessly integrated into the experience. The level of immersion was truly unparalleled, and customers were amazed at the level of interactivity on offer.

From there, customers were led to a Command and Control area, where they could experience a control room with multiple screens that provided a bird's eye view of a range of emergency situations. Through the use of cutting-edge tech solutions, customers were able to take control of the situation and solve problems with ease.

The last room showcased present tech solutions, divided into a few stations. This gave customers a chance to see first-hand how NCS's technology solutions are already transforming the world we live in, and to explore the possibilities of what the future holds.

The response to the walk-through experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we were thrilled when NCS invited us to create additional spaces for seniors, featuring real technology solutions integrated into future classroom and home settings.
