Designing Annual Reports That Reflect Vision, Growth — and Legacy

Lum Chang Holdings engaged DWHQ to design their 2023 Annual Report — a year that marked key milestones across infrastructure and transport. Drawing inspiration from their involvement in MRT construction projects, we transformed the numbers “2023” into a graphic visual motif resembling a transit map — signalling movement, progress, and long-term connectivity.

We handled the full design of the report, including visual direction, layout of financial disclosures, and the integration of stakeholder messaging. Our focus was to balance regulatory clarity with a modern visual narrative that reflects Lum Chang’s ongoing role in shaping Singapore’s built environment.

This report stands as a strategic communication tool — one that captures both financial performance and brand momentum in a format that is elegant, compliant, and visually memorable.
